UAU made their way to Atlanta on August 1st, 2025 for the fourth stop of their first US tour, Playlist#You Are You in Grand America, with Studio PAV. For those who aren't familiar with the group, UAU is a three member sub-unit of the girl group Dreamcatcher, centered around members JiU, SUA, and Yoohyeon. While Dreamcatcher is known for their hard rock sound, mixing in powerful rap and vocals, with pop rhythms, UAU pivots in another direction. Powerful vocals are mixed with RnB melodies and seductive rhythms. Each track off of their first EP blends many sounds into a project that continues to astound listeners upon each listen, giving them something more to love every time.

As the show started, the girls took the stage and performed their song Attitude, a track about leaving the past behind and becoming a more confident version of yourself. From the very first note, I was blown away by their incredible vocals and stage presence. They lulled the audience deeper into their performance, and by the end of each song, the crowd was cheering for more.

Shortly after, the girls held a small Q&A where they talked about their time in Atlanta while sharing playful banter with the audience. They spoke about going to the aquarium, asking for additional recommendations of places to go in the city. Following the conclusion of the Q&A, the time for the solo stages had begun. Each member had their own moment to shine, but my favorite was JiU’s solo, Cherry. I loved how cheerful and heartfelt the performance was, and knowing it was dedicated to her dog made it all the more special.

Another highlight of the night was how UAU included the audience in the show by inviting some fans on stage for a game. They played the infamous “decibel game,” competing to see who could open snacks the quietest. The moment was fun and lighthearted, keeping everyone engaged and laughing.

As the night drew to a close, the girls began their finalments, expressing gratitude to their fans for always supporting them and coming to their shows. If you are lucky enough to find yourself in one of the upcoming cities on the tour, you will not want to miss the chance to see them live.
