CAFE EVENT GUIDE

Designs?

Cant have an event without a little designing. Our design team is always just a DM away. Our community also has many amazing designers, so if designing is an issue for you, feel free to check out and get in contact with some of these accounts.

Budget and Donations?

Dont overwhelm yourself, these cupsleeve events can be pricey. Dont be afraid to set up Donations or Donation tiers, its a great way for you to raise funds... Fans are more likely to donate if they get a little something extra. From photocards to photostrips to lanyards get creative, but dont forget to add these to the budget as well. Raffles are another great way to raise funds, a lot of times you can reach out and some items can be donated! Paypal pools are one of the common ways to collect money for these types of event, but if you have another preferred method go for it, theres no one way. Also it helps to set up a form so you can collect any donators information such as contacts and donation amounts. This can make pick up a lot easier and organised.

Decor?

Decor is one of the best ways to transform the cafe into your event. One good way to do this is to choose a theme and buy decor based on that! Then, of course, buying a couple of prints to hang around or show off your favorite idols never hurts either. A lot of events also have one particular area for a photo op. You can use a backdrop, balloons, or cardboard cutouts. Have fun, and get creative! 

Location? 

​Finding a local cafe is easy don't be afraid to reach out! You can do this through social media, email, phone, or even by giving a visit in person. A lot of first-time cafes aren't aware of these types of events so come prepared with information and your idea to properly explain. Since this benefits the cafe by bringing in customers most cafes are more than happy to let you do it for free. A lot of times they will work with you on creating a special menu, playing a custom playlist, and letting you set up the decor. Make sure you stay in touch with the staff and have a proper understanding for what can and can't be done in the cafe. It's important to always stay respectful to the staff and cafe in general.

Vendors and Performers? 

Georgia is filled with them! Dont be afraid to reach out to them through social media! Most of them are regulars for events so they come fully prepared and equipped for these. However always reach out and come to an understanding with them. They take their time to help support and work these events for free. Huge shout out to all of them!

Volunteers?

 If you're by yourself or just need a few more helping hands create a form and promote it. More than likely you'll have a few people reach out to help you setup, run, and take down your event.
