FANPROJECT GUIDE

Want to help create a Fanproject for a concert? Here is outr official guide to getting started.

Volunteers?

If you're by yourself or just need a few more helping hands, create a form and promote it. More than likely you'll have a few people reach out to help you hand out or pick up.

Permission?

Fanprojects are not something all venues are used too. Most venues will not have any issue with you handing out banners/freebies, but will find issues with selling. We recommend getting this done prior and allowing pick ups at the venue.

You can always reach out to the tour promoters if trying to do a collaboration. It is not an always guarantee, but can help a lot with passing along the message/gift to the artist.

When it comes to random dances, doing a backdrop, etc. always do your best to reach out to the venue prior. Otherwise the event may be at risk of being shut down. If you check the venues site, you should be able to pull up any needed contact information.

Random Dance?

Random dances are always a must-have at a K-pop concert. You can always find a premade RDP video on Youtube, but you can also create your own. We always recommend doing a Artist based random dance alongside with a Multi random dance. Most of the work involves bringing the equipment, ( camera, tripod, and speaker) after that you can just sit back or join in.

Designs?

Cant have an event without a little designing. Our design team is always just a DM away. Our community also has many amazing designers, so if designing is an issue for you, feel free to check out and get in contact with some of these accounts.

Budget and Donations?

Don't overwhelm yourself; these can be pricey. Don't be afraid to set up donations or donation tiers—it's a great way for you to raise funds. Fans are more likely to donate if they get something extra in return. From photocards to photostrips to lanyards, get creative, but don't forget to add these costs to the budget as well. Raffles are another great way to raise funds, and often, you can reach out to others and have items donated! PayPal pools are a common way to collect money for these types of events, but if you have another preferred method, go for it—there's no one right way. It also helps to set up a form to collect donor information, such as contacts and donation amounts. This can make pickup a lot easier and more organized.
